The red thread of fate is an invisible cord tied to two people who are destined to be together "their true love". In its mythology the tread is described as something that can stretch and tangle but never break. I decided to take my own spin on this concept, showing this tread in my life with my partner and how after 8 years together it is entangled in our everyday life. I am twenty-four years old, making the time we have been together a third of my life. Since we have been together for so long, we have gone through a lot of growing pains together, from moving to a city we both hated, to one or both of us being unemployed, or moving into our own apartment in the middle of the pandemic, our relationship has evolved with us overtime. "Intertwined" examines the ways in which our lives have become inseparable from each other and how at times that level of dependency has strained our relationship.
